Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
- Opened or used pet care products for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Start a Return

- We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at petproductss.com and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we'll look into it.
