Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website or promotions for current free shipping thresholds.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Pet Productss 702 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at petproductss.com and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
